“My name is Roser Rojas and a year ago I started what would be the most enriching experience of my life. I studied Journalism at the Pompeu Fabra University located in Barcelona, Spain. The house of studies is excellent and my classmates and teachers were always willing to help me. Also, Barcelona is a multicultural city, so I constantly met people with a totally different way of thinking than mine. Thanks to this, today I have friends from Spain, Italy and Germany. The experience of living alone on another continent can be difficult at first, but as the days go by you get used to it and realize how capable you are as a person. This experience not only allowed me to learn how classes are conducted at a prestigious foreign university, but also gave me the tools to be more independent and adaptable in an unfamiliar environment. I highly recommend an exchange for the possibility of meeting people from other cultures, learning more about the degree and discovering oneself as a person”.
