Monday through Thursday from 9.00 to 13.00 hrs and 14.30 to 17.30 hrs.

|ACADEMIC CALENDAR||Two semesters a year
First semester: March through July
Second semester: August through December
|LANGUAGE OF INSTRUCTION||All courses are given in Spanish. Every semester there are 2-3 courses in English. Students must have an intermediate level of Spanish (B1-B2)|
|CREDIT SYSTEM||ECTS (European Credit Transfer System).
Recommend approximately 20 to 25 credits per semester.
|GRADING SYSTEM||The Chilean evaluation system uses a scale of 1.0-7.0, where 4.0 is the minimum passing grade.|
|DEADLINES||First semester (March through July): November 30th
Second Semester (August through December): May 30th
|STUDENT VISA||All students must arrive with a student VISA
|MEDICAL INSURANCE||It is a requirement to arrive in Chile with health insurance purchased in their home country with coverage for the semester/academic year|
|SPANISH CLASSES||At the start of each semester, the Office of International Relations offers free Spanish classes.|
|WELCOME||The Office of International Relations hosts an orientation meeting and support throughout the semester.|

|HOUSING||The International Relations Office does not provide housing to the students. We recommend hostals and websites to find housing:
