In this fourth version, virtual exchange projects will be eligible to apply, with a strategic focus on initiatives that incorporate the (COIL) methodology.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The proposals must be in the ideation stage; therefore, they don\u2019t need the international partner confirmed or defined in advance to apply. Also, the recommendation to plan the projects they will present with design in 2026-2 for implementation in 2027-1 is repeated.
